No Pinelands, but other things to check
Salem is free of Pinelands rules, which makes some parcels simpler. The Delaware Bay shore brings CAFRA and wetlands into play, and access and road frontage matter on rural ground. We check all of it before making an offer. See landlocked land if your parcel has no road frontage.
